Police: 3 hurt in N Philly building collapse

Three people were injured in North Philadelphia when a building collapsed, police say. FOX 29's Thomas Drayton has the details.

Officials are investigating a building collapse in Philadelphia that left two people injured. 

Authorities say the front of a three-story building collapsed on the 3300 block of Germantown Avenue at 10:00 p.m. on Sunday night. 

According to police, medics transported two people to Temple Hospital for treatment for minor injuries.

As a precaution, Rising Sun Avenue and the 3300 block of Germantown Avenue are closed, police say. 

The cause of the collapse remains under investigation, according to officials.
