Philadelphia police seek public's assistance locating missing teen

EAST MOUNT AIRY (WTXF) - Police in East Mount Airy are asking the public's assistance in locating a missing teenage girl.

Police say Michelle Anderson was last seen leaving her group home on Roumfort Road Saturday, about 4 p.m.

Anderson was seen wearing a red hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and gold colored sneakers. She was said to be carrying a white backpack with flowers on it. Anderson is described as 5'5" and 241 pounds. She has black hair nad brown eyes.
