Pinellas Park firefighters reunited baby ducks with mom

Pinellas Park police reunited a family of ducks Wednesday evening.

Officers received an animal complaint at the Park Boulevard entrance of Sam's Club. Firefighters were called to assist after learning there were several baby ducks that fell into the drain.

Members from both departments worked together, with one person climbing down a ladder to collect them all inside a white bucket. They were quickly reunited with their mom.

Pinellas Park police shared photos on the agency's Facebook page of the rescue, writing, "After taking a head count, mom and her babies waddled off grateful to be safe and all together. Great team work, everyone!"
