Robbery suspect in custody after shooting at officers, police say

MAYFAIR (WTXF) - Philadelphia Police have taken a robbery suspect into custody after they say he fired a gun at responding officers.

The incident occurred around 3 a.m. Friday morning on the 2000 block of McKinley Street in Mayfair.

Authorities say the suspect fire shots at police before leading them on a chase and ultimately being taken into custody.

No injuries were reported in the incident.
