Shooting in Kensington leaves man critical; victim's mother also injured

KENSINGTON (WTXF) - Police in Philadelphia are investigating after a shooting in Kensington injures two, one critically.

Police were called to the 1800 block of East Tioga Monday about 8:30 p.m. on the report of a shooting.

Authorities say they arrived to find a 31-year-old man shot twice in the stomach. A bullet also grazed the victim's mother.

The victim was transported to Temple University Hospital where he is listed in critical condition.

Police say the investigation is ongoing. No arrests have been made.
