Shooting in West Philadelphia injures 19-year-old man

WEST PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - Police in West Philadelphia are investigating a shooting that injured a man.

According to authorities, the incident happened at the 5500 block of Walton Avenue Sunday night, just after 7:30. Police found a 19-year-old man shot once in the leg.

The victim was transported to Presbyterian Hospital where he was placed in stable condition.

Police say the investigation is ongoing. No arrest have been made.
