State police investigate possible road rage shooting on I-95
PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) State police say they are investigating a possible road rage shooting on I-95 in the area of Girard Point Bridge.
According to police, troopers were dispatched for a shooting shortly before 6:30 a.m. Tuesday. Police say the suspect fired a single shot that that hit the passenger side, rear area of the victim's vehicle. The suspected fire arm is a black semi-automatic handgun.
Police say the suspect fled off of Interstate 95 via exit 17 (Broad Street).
State police describe the suspect as a black male approx. 30-40 y/os with facial hair. The suspect's vehicle is described as a black older model Chevrolet Impala/Malibu (early 2000s model).
