Tina Boetticher McGrevy's son Garrett, 16, was born with Smith-Magenis syndrome, which causes delayed speech and intellect development along with behavioral problems like anxiety.

But in the video, Garrett is all smiles as he walks over to the mailbox, opens it, and excitedly pulls out a letter and candy that was sent to him by "the Easter Bunny" from "Bunny Village."

According to a report, the letter and candy was delivered by the family's mailman, who delivered a bond with Garrett because of his fascination with mail delivery.
