Yaphet Kotto, Bond villain, 'Homicide' star, dies at 81
The veteran actor Yaphet Kotto, who grew up in the Bronx, has died. He brought tough magnetism and stately gravitas to television, stage, and films including the James Bond movie "Live and Let Die" and Ridley Scott's "Alien."
