TO REQUEST A TALENT APPEARANCE FOR YOUR CHARITABLE EVENT
FOX 29 on-air talent participates in community events for charitable, nonprofit organizations. For consideration, send a letter of request including information about the appearance/event (what it is, who the primary audience is, location, date, time, how many people will attend, how long the appearance will take, etc.). We must receive your request at least six weeks in advance of the event date. Please note that sweeps periods (November, February and May) are difficult time periods during which to schedule appearances.
To submit the information by mail, send it to the attention of "Community Affairs Department" at the station address. To submit via fax, send it to 215-982-5496 or email the information to firstname.lastname@example.org.
