Keep Pounding Punch

375 ml Blue Curacao (half of a 750 ml bottle)

1 L Mango Vodka

1.75 L Lemonade

12 oz. can Sprite

Lemon slices, optional

Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher or jug. Serve cold with lemon slices, if desired.

Non Alcoholic Keep Pounding Punch:

3 cups of Hawaiian Punch Polar Blast

2 cups of Lemonade

12 oz can Ginger Ale

Bronco Buffalo Chicken Sliders:

-- Vegetable oil

-- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast strips

-- Salt and freshly ground black pepper

-- 1 cup Frank's Red Hot

-- 12 small rolls

-- Blue cheese dressing

-- 1 cup cheddar jack cheese

-- Green leaf lettuce, for serving

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Heat a 12-inch ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Add in the oil. Sprinkle both sides of the chicken with salt & pepper. Sear both sides of the chicken until golden. Add in the hot sauce to the skillet. Bring to a simmer. Let the chicken cool, and then pull the meat and then place back in the oven at BROIL until crusty and caramelized on top, about 4 minutes. Sandwich Build: Place some lettuce on the bottom buns, top with chicken, blue cheese, and cheddar jack.

Panthers Popcorn:

-- 8 Cups of Popped Popcorn

-- 3 tbsp. Butter (Sweet Cream, Salted)

-- 3 cups Mini Marshmallows

-- M&M Minis - Blue and Black

-- Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a medium sauce pan. Once the butter is melted, add 3 cups of mini marshmallows. Stir until the marshmallows are melted. Slowly pour the marshmallow mixture over the popcorn. Gently fold the marshmallow mixture in with the popcorn until the popcorn is mostly covered. Now pour the popcorn onto a cookie sheet covered with foil. Drizzle a little bit of the remaining marshmallow mixture over the popcorn but do not mix it up. Once the popcorn is covered in marshmallow mixture it is time to add the candy. Sprinkle the candy onto the popcorn, concentrating on the areas with the most drizzled marshmallow mixture. Cool. Break apart into pieces and place in cups to serve.
