New surveillance video released in deadly Gray's Ferry mass shooting
Philadelphia police have released new surveillance video showing suspects in the deadly mass shooting that occurred in Gray's Ferry earlier this month.

Daquan Brown, 21, and Terrell Frazier, 22, and Jihad Gray, 35, were previously arrested.

The investigation has revealed that up to 15 guns were involved in the shooting, with some modified to function as automatic weapons using Glock switches.
Lieutenant Tom Walsh, the lead investigator, described the suspect captured in a grey knit hat as "suspect 3" in the video released by police.
The gun used by Fischer was believed to be modified to shoot automatically, allowing continuous firing with a single trigger pull.
Despite a search of Fischer's home, no weapons were found.
The backstory:
Three people were killed and nine others were injured when police say "contagious gunfire" erupted on the 1500 block of Etting Street on July 7.
Investigators believe the smattering of gunfire began from one person firing randomly, triggering indiscriminate gunfire from at least 13 other guns.
Deputy Commissioner Frank Vanore said police do not believe the shooters were firing at anyone or anything in particular.
