3 dead, 1 wounded in North Philadelphia shooting

A third victim has died after a multiple shooting on the street in North Philadelphia in broad daylight, Monday afternoon and police say an argument appears to have been the motive.

They said at about 3:30pm, gunmen approached the four young men on the 1100 block of W. Stiles Street, near the Harrison Plaza public housing community, and fired numerous shots at them.

Two of the victims were pronounced dead, shortly after. They've now been identified as 20-year-old Tyair Jabbar, who suffered from numerous gunshot wounds to his head and body; and 32-year-old Ronald Fenwick, who also suffered gunshot wounds to his head and body. Both were taken to hospitals and pronounced dead before 4pm.

The third victim, 27-year-old Marcello Robertson, was shot in his chest. He was taken to the hospital and pronounced dead at 11:47pm.

The fourth victim -- a 26-year-old man -- was found shot in his stomach. He is now listed in stable condition, up from critical earlier.

The shooting happened across the street and about a block away from St. Malachy Catholic School, which was locked down as a precaution.

One witness told FOX 29 News the neighborhood was crowded with kids who were coming home from school. Neighbors say they're frustrated and angry with all the violence.

So far, there have been no arrests. Police said they think there could be two shooters, and they may have gotten away in a gray SUV.
