3 injured, including 2 Philadelphia police officers, after crash in Kensington

KENSINGTON (FOX 29) - Two Philadelphia police officers and one additional person were hospitalized following a crash in Kensington.

Authorities say two officers were on the way to a call with their lights and siren on about 11:10 a.m. Sunday.

As the officers were entering the intersection on F Street at Tioga, officials say the cruiser struck a vehicle.

Both officers and an additional person were all rushed to Temple University Hospital. One officer was treated and released. The conditions of the other officer and civilian were not known.
