4-year-old intoxicated after allegedly being served alcoholic drink at restaurant, mom posts video

DETROIT (WTXF/STORYFUL) - A mother from Detroit shared a video of her 4-year-old daughter allegedly under the influence of alcohol after a waitress allegedly served the girl an alcoholic beverage accidentally.

Teria Smith posted the video on Facebook on September 28.

She included with the video a description of how Armando's Mexican restaurant in Detroit allegedly served her daughter an alcoholic strawberry daiquiri instead of the non-alcoholic version they ordered.

Smith also spoke to WDIV Local saying that she had filed a police complaint.

According to Storyful, the restaurant is quoted in the report stating, "Although it was an isolated incident, Armando's will take immediate action to ensure our staff receives retraining in alcohol service through the servsafe alcohol program."
