6-year-old shot in foot in South Philadelphia
A 6-year-old is recovering at CHOP after being shot in the foot late Monday night.
According to Chief Inspector Scott Small with the Philadelphia Police Department, Monday night about 15 to 20 kids were playing basketball in a backyard located at 1805 South 31 st Street.
One shot from a gun was fired, and the 6-year-old was struck in his left foot.
He is in stable condition at CHOP.
No arrests have been made.
