Band of heavy rain and thunderstorms moves through our area

PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - A line of heavy rain and thunderstorms are moving through South Jersey with wind gusts up to 50 mph.

This is associated with a cold front. Some areas have even reported hail.

After the storms, cool dry air will move in and temperatures will fall 30-40 degrees overnight.

As you plan for Halloween 2016, be sure to add a layer for your little monsters.

High temperatures will only be in the 50s, and after the sun sets temperatures will fall into the 40s.
