Bride poses for wedding photos after alleged drunken driver killed firefighter groom

(STORYFUL) - A woman in Washington, Indiana, paid tribute to her fiance, who was killed by an alleged drunk driver in 2017, with a special and emotional photoshoot on what would have been their wedding day.

Loving Life Photography shared the images on Facebook on October 5 of Jessica Padgett in her wedding gown on the day she was supposed to marry volunteer fireman Kendall Murphy. Murphy was killed by an alleged drunk driver in November 2017 while helping a car crash victim.

Several photos show Padgett embracing friends and family as they help her put on her wedding dress. Others show the bride kneeling at Murphy's grave and another of her posing with Murphy's boots with an image of him photoshopped next to her.
