Chester police investigate 18-year-old fatally shot in car

CHESTER, Pa. (WTXF) - Police in Chester are investigating a fatal shooting.

Authorities say they were called to the area of 11th and Butler Streets Saturday, just before 8 p.m., on the report of a shooting.

Police discovered 18-year-old Nicholas Steel slumped over in a vehicle, along with an unidentified passenger. It appeared Steel had been shot multiple times.

First responders attempted to revive the unresponsive victim, to no avail. Steel was pronounced dead at the scene.
