Crippen's body was found on March 17, under branches and brush in Sykesville, Maryland. Prosecuotrs have said the body was wrapped in a blanket; her arms, legs and neck were bound with an electrical cord and duct tape was on her face and nose.

The couple lived in Mount Laurel with their infant daughter and Crippen's 7-year-old daughter.

Kyle Crosby remains jailed on $1.2 million bail. His mother is free on $12,500 bail.
