Delco police seek hit-and-run driver who injured pedestrian
NORWOOD, Pa. (WTXF) - Police in Delaware County are looking for a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run of a pedestrian.
According to Norwood Police, a black Chrysler was passing through the intersection of Chester Pike and Cleveland Avenue on Saturday around 1 p.m. The vehicle struck the pedestrian at the intersection.
Investigators say the driver did stop and get out of the vehicle, but the driver did not linger. The driver is described as a white man in his twenties or thirties.
After the driver got back into the car, he reportedly sped off on Chester Pike and turned right onto McKinley Avenue.
The vehicle should have front end damage to the driver's side or mid-front area. If anyone has information regarding the car or the driver, they are asked to contact Norwood Police at 610-461-2308.
