Deputies: Man gets into argument over Philly cheesesteak bun at flea market
ODESSA, Fla. (FOX 13) - A Pasco County man was arrested after arguing with a cashier over a Philly cheesesteak order, deputies said.
Pasco County deputies arrested 27-year-old Joseph Lagana on a disorderly intoxication charge. Investigators said Lagana became upset with the victim after receiving a sesame seed bun on a Philly cheesesteak.
According to Lagana's arrest affidavit, he was becoming "loud and argumentative" to multiple people at the Gunn Highway Flea Market in Odessa causing a scene. Deputies said he appeared to be heavily intoxicated due to his "slurred speech and loss of fine motor skills."
Lagana was arrested and transported to the Land O' Lakes Jail.
