Dramatic rescue, but at least 61 dead from flooding in China

(FOX NEWS/STORYFUL) - The death toll from flooding in southern China is up to at least 61 people, and more than a dozen others are missing after days of heavy rainfall.

Police in Wuwei, Anhui, released video showing police pushing a baby through severely flooded streets in a wash basin.

A Chinese news agency is reporting the torrential rains have affected more than 17 million people.
