Father, grandmother of missing AMBER Alert girl arrested in N.J.

MONROE TOWNSHIP, N.J. (WTXF) - The biological father of the 4-year-old Virginia girl who was abducted last Monday and the subject of an AMBER Alert since last Wednesday turned himself in to police here in Monroe Township, New Jersey, early Tuesday morning.
