FOX Food Bite : Classic Cake in Cherry Hill, NJ

Classic Cake: Short Hills Towne Center, 480 Evesham Road, Cherry Hill, NJ 08003

Simple Brownies

Ingredients:

- 4 oz. butter (1 stick)

- 1 c. sugar

- 2 eggs

- 1 tsp. vanilla

- 1/3 c. cocoa powder

- ½ c. all-purpose flour

- ¼ tsp. salt

- ¼ tsp. baking powder

Instructions:

1. Pre-heat oven to 350 F.

2. Butter and flour 8"x8" pan.

3. Melt butter, remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients.

4. Spread into pan and bake 25-30 min.

(This mixture can be baked in muffin cups, ice cream cones, etc.)
