Haunted house so scary, guests have to sign waiver

Robbie and Heather Luther, of Tustin, California, are the brains behind The 17th door, a brand new (and terrifying) haunted house that requires visitors to sign a waiver before entering.

"You will get touched and you might get wet," Heather said in an interview with ABC7.

According to the attraction's website, guests take a journey inside the demented mind of Paula, a freshman at the fictional Gluttire University.

The haunt's many monsters and villains are able to touch and torment visitors in a way tamer haunted houses can't. Once the doors close, the only way guests can escape is by using the safe word "mercy."
