Hazmat responds to leak at Wawa dairy plant in Delaware County

MEDIA, Pa. (WTXF) - Crews responded to a hazmat situation at a Wawa dairy plant and training facility in Delaware County overnight.

The hazmat situation unfolded on the 1300 block of West Baltimore Pike in Media around 2:30 a.m.

Officials believe acid inside a drum leaked out.

One person was reportedly evaluated at the scene, but their condition is unknown at this time.
