Man, 27, critical after being shot inside car in East Oak Lane

EAST OAK LANE (WTXF) - A man is in critical condition after police say he was shot inside his car on East Oak Lane late Sunday night.

The shooting happened near 65th Avenue around 10:30 p.m.

The 27-year-old victim was sitting inside his car with a woman when police say he was shot multiple times in the chest and stomach. He was driven to the hospital by the woman and was listed in critical condition.

Witnesses tell police they saw a man walk up to the car and open fire. Police are now using surveillance footage to track down the suspect.
