Man, 31, arrested following homicide in New Jersey

SALEM COUNTY, N.J. (WTXF) - Police say a man has been charged in connection with the murder of a New Jersey man on Monday night.

Police say 45-year-old Gary Carter was murdered at the Penn Terrace Apartments on Meadow Road in Pennsville around 9:30 p.m. According to police, the victim suffered blunt force trauma to the head and stab wounds

Police say 31-year-old Dante A. Spence was arrested and charged. Police have not yet released a motive.
