Man, 39, critical after being shot in car in Cobbs Creek

COBBS CREEK (FOX 29) - A man is in critical condition after police say he was shot in Philadelphia's Cobbs Creek neighborhood late Monday night.

Police say the shooting occurred near the intersection of 55th and Christian Streets shortly after 11 p.m.

The 39-year-old victim was shot multiple times as he sat in a van outside of his own home.

He was rushed to Presbyterian Hospital where he was listed in critical condition.

Police say they do not have any information on a motive or a suspect at this time.
