Man in custody following double stabbing in West Philadelphia

WEST PHILADEPHIA (WTXF) - A man is in custody after a double stabbing in West Philadelphia.

The incident occurred inside a home on the 800 block of Fallon Street at 1:22 p.m.

According to police, a 44-year-old black female was stabbed once to the left hand and once to the left thigh, and a 13-year-old black male was stabbed three times to the both arms.

Both victims are in stable condition.

A weapon has been recovered.

Preliminary information released states that the male in custody is the husband and father of the victims.
