Man Shot and Killed on N. Horton Street

PHILADELPHIA- WTXF - A man was shot in the head Monday night, police say while walking his dog on the 300 block of N. Horton Street. He was pronounced dead at Presbyterian Hospital.

The victim was identified as 22-year-old Hakim Zaboor. His dog was located on the front porch of a nearby residence.
