Man wanted for inappropriate touching

CHESWOLD, Del. (WTXF) - Delaware State Police are asking for help catching a man they say inappropriately touched women at a Walmart, twice in 20 minutes.

They say last Thursday at about 3:30am, he followed and started talking to a 54-year-old woman who'd just checked out of the store in Cheswold, Kent County.

Then, at one point, when she was facing away from him, "he reached into his pants and pulled out his penis, pressing up against her and startling her."

He got away in a tan or gold SUV with possible Delaware registration.

Police say they learned after that he'd placed his hand on the back of a 31-year-old woman who was checking out, about 20 minutes earlier.

She was offended by his actions and told him to keep his hands to himself before the two went their separate ways.

The suspect is described as between 30 and 40 years old. He was wearing a black and white head cover, a blue/green shirt, dark pants and sneakers.
