Man Wanted in West Oak Lane Grocery Store Theft

PHILADELPHIA- WTXF - Philadelphia Police are looking for a man- in a very distinctly colorful jacket- who they say stole a woman's wallet at West Oak Lane supermarket.

According to South Detective Division, the theft took place October 28 at 1 p.m. at the Big 8 Supermarket on Washington Ave. The suspect is seen on surveillance video taking the victim's wallet from her cart, removing money, and then walking away.
