Many turn out for ParkWest Town Center celebration of the neighborhood

WEST PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - A fun afternoon was had by all in West Philadelphia, celebrating the area's ParkWest Town Center.

Folks packed the parking lot of the Center at 52nd and Jefferson Streets. They enjoyed music, crafts, games and food.

The Center was built 11 years ago and it has helped the community by providing jobs. The Center remains a powerful economic driver.

ParkWest Town Center is anchored by Lowe's Home Improvement, Shop Rite, medical offices and more. It is West Philadelphia's largest and most successful retail center.
