Police: 16-year-old shot while riding ATV in West Philadelphia
WEST PHILADELPHIA - Police say a 16-year-old boy was shot in the leg while riding an ATV in West Philadelphia.
It happened at 46th and Market Street around 3:45 p.m. Tuesday.
According to police, the teen was taken to CHOP where he is listed in stable condition.
So far, no arrest has been made.
