Police discovered the victims around noon on Monday, Nov. 19 on the 5100 block of Malcolm Street.
All four victims were found with a single gunshot wound to the head.
"Sadly, all four of these individuals were executed, there's no ifs, ands, or buts about it," Philadelphia Police Police Commissioner Richard Ross said. "This is an absolutely evil thing to do. There is no way in the world people should have met their demise this way."
Police tell FOX 29 the home was under construction and the bodies were found after a family member went to check on the home and found the door ajar.
Neighbors told police they had heard three or four bangs the night before the bodies were discovered, but thought the noise was from the renovations and did not contact police.
This is an ongoing investigation. No arrests have been made at this time.
