Police in North Philadelphia look for driver, vehicle in fatal hit-and-run
NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - Philadelphia police are investigating a fatal hit-and-run in North Philadelphia.
Police responded to the 3500 block of North Randolph Sunday, just after 12 a.m. on the report of a pedestrian struck.
Investigators say they found an unresponsive 50-year-old man lying in the road. A witness at the scene found the victim. The man was pronounced dead at the scene. The Medical Examiner determined the man had been hit by a vehicle.
Investigators are not revealing anything about the vehicle involved. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 215-685-3180 or call 911.
