Police investigate deadly daytime shooting in Feltonville

FELTONVILLE (WTXF) - Philadelphia police are investigating a deadly shooting in the city's Feltonville neighborhood.

The shooting occurred around 12:00 p.m. Wednesday afternoon on the 5100 block of D Street.

Police say a man in his late twenties was shot once in the head and once in the back. He was taken to Einstein Hospital where he was pronounced dead a short time later.

Police are continuing to investigate the incident, though no arrests have been made at this time.
