Police-involved shooting investigated in Chester

DELAWARE COUNTY, Pa. (WTXF) - Police in Delaware County are investigating an officer-involved shooting that happened in Chester Thursday night.

The shooting happened after 8 p.m. near 22nd and Crozer.

FOX 29 crews were on scene as detectives went door to door speaking with residents. As many as 25 evidence markers were also lying in the street.

Authorities have not released further information about the incident at this time, and have not said who was shot.
