Police: Man falls down elevator shaft from 23rd floor in Center City

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. (WTXF) - A bizarre investigation is underway in Center City after police say a man fell down an elevator shaft at One Franklin Plaza from the 23rd floor.

The incident took place around 2 a.m.

The victim was rushed to Hahnemann University Hospital.

No word yet on his condition.
