Police: Man in North Philadelphia, shot 5 times, in critical condition

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - A man in North Philadelphia is in critical condition after police say he was shot five times.

Police in Philadelphia were called to the 2500 block of Norris Drive Saturday evening, just before 9:15, on the report of a shooting.

Authorities say they discovered an 18-year-old man shot five times when they arrived to the scene.

The man was rushed to Temple University Hospital where he was listed in critical condition.

Police say the investigation is ongoing. No weapon has been recovered and no arrests have been made.
