Police: North Philadelphia scene of fatal shooting investigation

PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - Police are investigating a fatal shooting in North Philadelphia.

Police responded to a call of a shooting on the 2300 block of Lehigh Avenue March 31, about 10:15 p.m.

Upon arrival, police found a 20-year-old man in the middle of Lehigh Avenue on a mini bike. The man appeared to be suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

The victim was rushed to Temple University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

This is an ongoing investigation. No arrests were made and no weapon was recovered.
