Police seek help finding missing 16-year-old

NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - Philadelphia Police are asking the public's assistance in locating a missing 16-year-old.

Police say Mercedes Figueroa was last seen on the 3400 block of Red Lion Road back on August 23.

Investigators describe her as 5'5", 120 pounds, brown eyes and brown shoulder length hair.
