Police seek public's help locating endangered Tioga man
TIOGA (FOX 29) - Philadelphia police ask the public's help in locating a missing endangered man from Tioga.
Authorities say 62-year-old Robert Hamler is missing from his group home residence on the 2100 block of West Hunting Park Avenue. Hamler is said to have schizophrenic episodes. He was last seen leaving the group home Friday about 3:30 p.m.
Hamler is in need of his medication, police say. It is reported Hamler doesn't communicate well and he could become disoriented in unfamiliar surroundings.
Hamler is 5'11" and 190 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a green t-shirt, blue jeans and brown sneakers.
