Police: Suspect sought in North Philadelphia shooting

Police are investigating a shooting in North Philadelphia on Thursday afternoon that left one man hospitalized.

According to reports, the shooting occured on the 2300 block of Huntingdon Street shortly after 12:30 p.m.

Police say a 26-year-old man was shot in the shoulder by an unknown suspect. The man was taken to the hospital and is listed in stable condition.

Officials were unable to recover a weapon from the scene and they have not made any arrests.

The investigation is ongoing.
