Register by Monday to vote in these Pa. primary races

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WTXF/AP) - No, it won't be anything like last year's Presidential Election. Still, numerous contests for school boards and county and municipal government, as well as a handful of appeals court races, will be on the ballot in a month in Pennsylvania's primary election.
