Reward Offered in December 16 Homicide

A reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest in the December 16 homicide of 34-year-old Mark Marshall.

Marshall was walking his two dogs when an unknown assailant got out of his car, engaged in a verbal argument, followed Marshall to 47th and Kingsessing Ave, and shot him multiple times. Marshall was pronounced dead that night.

The suspect is described as a male in his mid 20s to early 30s, 5'7-5'10 tall, with a medium build and beard, who was wearing a ight color hoody orange wool hat.

The Citizens Crime Commission is administering a $12,500 reward, consisting of $10,000 posted by the Philadelphia Parking Authority and $2,500 posted by by AFSCME locals 1637,696,159 & District Council 33. The city is also offering up to $20,000 for information.
