Shelter-in-place rescinded after hazmat situation in Bucks County
PLUMSTEADVILLE, Pa. (WTXF) - A shelter-in-place has been rescinded following a hazmat situation in Bucks County Monday morning.
The Plumsteadville Fire Department, Bucks County Hazmat Team and Plumstead Township Police Department responded to the 6100 block of Easton Road around 7:30 a.m.
As a precaution, officials asked that all residents within 1/2 mile shelter in place. The advisory was lifted around 10:15 a.m.
The cause of the hazmat situation remains under investigation.
