Sunday's Walk to End Alzheimer's Raises $1.1 Million For Research, Care

SOUTH PHILADELPHIA (WTXF)-The fight to end Alzheimer's continued Sunday morning as several members of the FOX 29 family were joined by more than 15,000others who were up bright and early to help raise money.

They were all participating in The Walk to End Alzheimer's at Citizen's Bank Park.

Money raised, will benefits the local Alzheimer's Association, for research and care.

The Association says the biggest and final walk of the year brought in approximately $1.1 Million

Fox 29's Jennifer Joyce was there, and talked to people touched by the disease. You can hear their stories in the video above.
